Start with the first workflow worth fixing.
This is not a generic discovery call. I am looking for one real workflow worth fixing first. That might be lead follow-up, a CRM cleanup, a content engine, a dashboard, a website flow, or an internal admin process that keeps landing back on you.
You do not need the answer before you apply. A rough description is enough. Tell me what happens today, where it slows down, which tools are involved, and what would make the work feel lighter.
If it looks like a fit, I will reply with the first workflow I would inspect and what I think the shape of the project might be. If it is better as advice, DIY, or something I should not build, I will tell you plainly.
