Work

Three problems. Three different formats. The same standard: did it actually change something.

01 AI tools and automation

AI tools and automation for a real estate business

The problem:

A real estate agent was running an expensive, clogged marketing and ops stack at more than $2,000 a month, with no ops person to manage or simplify it.

What I did:

Rebuilt her approach around AI tools and automation suited to her actual workflow: video and marketing production, lead systems, and day-to-day admin. I started with blog automation, then expanded once it worked.

What changed:

  • Monthly cost dropped from more than $2,000 to $250.
  • She saves 8 to 10 hours a week through the automations and systems now in place.
  • The website now runs with no hosting fees.
  • The site is outperforming her previous paid lead plan on views, clicks, and leads.
  • She estimates it has saved her business more than $10,000 this year.

“Has been a key role in my marketing for my Real Estate Business. From video and marketing development to teaching me how to leverage AI within my business approach... I highly recommend Emilly for your business development as she is forward thinking, but most will find what fits for your business.”

Real estate client
02 SEO/GEO custom website

SEO-built website for a real estate client

The problem:

A real estate client needed a site built around how buyers actually search, not a generic templated real estate site.

What I did:

Built a 40+ page site structured around local area guides and real buyer questions, designed for both Google search and AI answer engines.

What changed:

  • Google impressions moved from an average of about 5,000 over 90 days to 7,000 in the most recent 28 days.
  • Four months in, the trend is early but moving in the right direction.
03 Content machine

Content dashboard for a scattered process

The problem:

This client was writing and posting content with no system. Docs, deadlines, and drafts were tracked in memory, with nothing centralized.

What I did:

Built a single dashboard to draft, review, and track content in one place, so nothing gets lost, duplicated, or forgotten.

What changed:

  • The process went from scattered documents and memory to one dashboard for the whole team.
